I am an Enterprise Transformation Architect. My work sits at the intersection of organisational diagnosis and operating model design — reading where an enterprise actually is, designing what it needs to become, and building the governance and investment frameworks that make the journey fundable and measurable.

At my most recent organisational role, I designed the Data Management Plan, Data Enablement Roadmap, and AI Strategy — three interdependent artefacts that reflect that sequencing, each one enabling the next, none of them starting with a technology answer. I am equally comfortable advising an SLT on investment sequencing and sitting with an integration team to validate API design.
